Roni Davis

Roni Davis

Cognitive Eating Founder & Health Coach

Cognitive Eating founder Roni Davis has spent the last decade coaching and training women, over 8 of those years as an award-winning personal trainer, nutrition and wellness coach and more recently as a mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral coach. Personally, she spent many years struggling with body image, food, an eating disorder, long spans of clinical depression, panic attacks, an anxiety disorder. Her time as a trainer/nutrition coach combined with her own mental health struggles made her passionate about helping women heal their relationships with food, themselves and their bodies so they can live the healthy, happy lives they deserve. Find her at www.ronidavis.com, on her new podcast It’s All In Your Head and don’t miss her free information-packed ebook Why’d I Eat That? designed to help you begin uncovering your barriers to weight loss, healthy eating and why the heck you eat so self-destructively sometimes.
