Ticket Cancellation Policy
The Strait Area Chamber of Commerce appreciates the support of its members and the wider community in attending/participating in the events it hosts. To ensure that these events remain sustainable and of a high quality for all participants, the following ticket cancellation policy remains in effect.
ticket Transfers
For all events, including Celtic Oktoberfest, if you cannot use your ticket, we encourage you to give it to a client, guest or colleague to attend in your place.
Celtic Oktoberfest
NO REFUNDS
All Other Chamber Events
Written notice must be received a minimum of 72 hours (3 business days) prior to the event date to receive a ticket refund.
If an individual/company does not attend, but a ticket has been reserved/purchased and no notice of cancellation has been received, they will still be billed accordingly, and no refund is available.
