The Strait Area Chamber of Commerce, along with our partners at the Cape Breton Regional Chamber of Commerce, the Cape Breton Partnership, and Cape Breton University, were proud to welcome over 550 people to the Joan Harriss Cruise Pavilion for the 2023 State of the Province Address from the Honourable Tim Houston.

Highlights from the address were:

– Premier addressed the state of healthcare and planned improvements.

– The potential for our emerging green hydrogen developments

– Announced CBU medical partnership with Dalhousie
